Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your receipt of shipment, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Besides, we only accept these return reasons, which the products have poor quality or are in faulty, and you receive the incorrect items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Instructions:

1. Send an email of returns application to
support@savilandglobal.com.

Please provide us with your order number and the reason to returns which has related proof.

Note: For better customer experience, a 1%-2% refund(depending on the damage made) would be offerd if there's any damages made to the items your purchased during shipping or other circumstance.

2. After you receive the approved email, please re-pack the returned items in its original box and packaging, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email and attach your RMA number.

3. Go to the local post office, or another courier, to ship the package.

4. Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates.

5. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when the refund is approved.

Cancellation

 We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order and refund payment if the product is already shipped out.


Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt within 3-5 business days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you cancel your paid order before the product is shipped, we initiate your refund within 3-5 business days after you submit your cancelation request.

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
