Returns & Refunds Policy


We accept order cancellation within 24 hours. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. But we cannot cancel the order after 24h please understand. If you insist a refund, a handling fee of 40% of the selling price will be charged.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Within 7 days of receiving the product, customer have the right to ask for a refund request.  Once the 7 days have passed, your refund request won’t be accepted. If the refund is made for our reason such as wrong or imperfect item, we would love to provide a no-obligation refund. Please provide a picture of the entire order, damaged/defective items and a brief description. However, if the refund is caused by customer’s own reasons, we will need to charge a handling fee of 20% and original shipping costs or return shipping costs will be non-refundable.

Considering about hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards, to be eligible for a return, all items that would be returned must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.Once the return has been approved, you would receive an instruction by e-mail on how to send your return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Please provide us with a tracking number for the return. Once your return is received and inspected by the warehouse, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.

Special circumstances:

1. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it might take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Sometimes there is some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at

2. Customs  clearance

Although a very small probability, your parcel might encounter customs clearance, in this case please contact out customer service at first to assist in solving the problem. If you refuse to pick up your own package, a full refund will not be able to guaranteed.

3. Wrong address

If customer filled in a wrong address, we will provide the information of the logistics provider to help modifying the address, but a refund will not be applicable.
