Q: Why I didn't receive a confirmation email?

A: We send confirmation email as soon as the order is made. And once the order is fulfilled a fulfill email will be sent as well. If you didn't receive the email pls check your spam folder first. If still no, pls contact our professional service team via service@savilandglobal.com We are surely here to solve all your problems.

Q: Why I ordered so many items and just receive part of it?

A: We will check the weight of the total order, if the weight is over 2KG, we will apart the order into 2 or more parcels. So there will be 2 or more tracking numbers and the parcels will arrive at different time. Normally we will send an email to you if we apart your parcel attach the 2 or more tracking links or numbers. Some customers leave the wrong email addresses hence we can't send out the email. In this case we may send a text to your phone. 

Q: Can I get a full refund if I'd like to cancel my order?

A: For un-fulfilled orders: Yes your order can be cancelled and a full refund to your original method of payment will be processed.

For fulfilled orders: Your order has already been shipped. You can track it through the fulfill email we have sent you. If you'd like to return the items after you receive them, you could contact us with your return reason and order number. One of our customer service representatives will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: Is it safe to receive packages from Overseas?

A: The health and safety of our customers and our staff is of utmost importance to us. According to the US Center for Disease Control & Prevention (US CDC), coronaviruses have low survivability on surfaces. The risk of the virus spread from products or packages shipped over a period of days/weeks is very low.There is currently no evidence indicating the coronavirus is transmitted via imported goods.
